STOCKROOM RECEIVING TEAM LEAD-
Stockroom/Receiving Team Lead 1st shift
The Stockroom/Receiving Team Lead is responsible to direct the stockroom and receiving personnel on all shifts with a focus on attaining operational performance goals through continuous improvement activities. Quick Summary
The stockroom and receiving teams will report directly to the Stockroom/Receiving Team Lead. The person in this role will spend their time coaching and promoting teamwork within the groups to excel at meeting internal and external customer expectations, specifically related to ensuring the material is received by 5:00pm and stockroom material is delivered to the production floor in the correct quantity and proper media to maximize production efficiency. This person must be willing to get involved and the help the team as needed.

Key Performance Objectives
Short Term: (0 to 6 months)
• Gain a detailed understanding of the stockroom and receiving processes
• Develop a cohesive team, including direct reports that be held accountable for their areas through employee respect
• Identify areas for continuous improvement
Midterm: (6 to 18 months)
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and lead small projects
• Improve metrics
• Continue to develop cohesive team
Longer Term: (>18 months)
• Maintain cohesive team to empower them to take on their own continuous improvement initiatives/ideas
• Manage large scale continuous improvement activities within the team
Other (ad hoc priorities):
• Develop the team through performance feedbacks and training
• Approve pay in Kronos
• Manage department schedules
• Set expectations and priorities for each shift

PRODUCTION (Princeton, IN) – AmeriStaff is currently hiring for production. This position is a temp to hire. Candidate must be able to stand for 8 to 10 hours and work in heat. Shifts are 1st 6:40AM to 3:15PM 2nds 2:40Pm to 11:10PM and 3rds 10:40PM to 7:10AM. These positions are Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays. Payrate for this position is $9.50hr. Candidate must habe HS/GED Diploma. Must be able to pass back ground, drug screen. Must be able to lift 25-30lbs frequently. Must be able to push/pull up to 75lbs frequently. LOGISTICS TEAM MEMBER (PRINCETON, IN)- Ameristaff is currently seeking candidates for Logistics Team Member. This is a full time position. Shifts are 1st 6:40AM to 3:10PM, 2nds 7:20 PM to 3:50AM with OT daily. This position is Monday thru Friday with scheduled Saturdays. Responsibilities include inbound frieght, receiving, warehouse control, material distribution, exporting packaging of all aspects of outbound freight. Candidate must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop frequently. Must be able to lift and move up to 30lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally. May be required to do overhead work occasionally.
