Partner on Premise Solutions (POP)
AmeriStaff can provide your company with an On-Call Partner on Premise. Our dedicated On-Call POP Managers are available to you during all shifts, 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Our On-Call POP Managers bring our administrative services directly to a client’s work site. Services included range from on-site interviews and pre-screening, employee check-in, performance counseling and issue resolution.
For large or multiple work site staffing needs, AmeriStaff can provide you with a customized, full-time Partner on Premise. This dedicated POP Manager maintains full-time office hours at your facility. They shoulder the responsibilities of oversight, reporting and continuous quality improvement. With day-to-day personal oversight, the POP Manager maintains an optimum, flexible level of staffing for your company.
